Overview
Robotic Marketer uses Google APIs, including the Gmail API, to allow users to connect their Google account and send emails from within the Robotic Marketer platform.
This policy explains how we access, use, store, and protect Gmail-related user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data We Access from Google and Gmail
When a user connects their Google account via Google OAuth, Robotic Marketer may access limited account and Gmail functionality necessary to provide email-related features within the platform.
This may include:
– The user’s Google account identity and email address
– The ability to create email drafts
– The ability to send emails on behalf of the user
Robotic Marketer does not access or permanently store a user’s Gmail inbox content unless explicitly required for a user-requested action.
How We Use Gmail Data
We use Gmail-related access strictly to:
– Allow users to compose email drafts within Robotic Marketer
– Allow users to send emails through their connected Gmail account
– Display the connected Google account email address
– Support user-requested email workflows within the application
Gmail data is used only to provide user-facing functionality within Robotic Marketer.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not:
– Sell Gmail data
– Share Gmail data with third parties
– Transfer Gmail data to external platforms
– Send Gmail data to third-party AI or machine learning services
Gmail-related data is used only within Robotic Marketer to provide core application functionality.
No Advertising or Profiling Use
We do not use Gmail data for:
– Advertising
– Retargeting
– Building user profiles unrelated to app functionality
– Marketing unrelated to the user’s requested activity
All Gmail API usage is strictly limited to providing or improving user-facing features.
Data Storage and Retention
Robotic Marketer does not permanently store Gmail message content unless necessary for functionality requested by the user.
Where temporary storage is required, such as preparing drafts or processing outgoing emails, the data is retained only for as long as needed to complete the requested action.
Users can disconnect their Google account at any time, which revokes Robotic Marketer’s access.
User Control and Revocation
Users can revoke access at any time by:
– Disconnecting their Google account within Robotic Marketer
– Removing access via their Google Account permissions page:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
Once access is revoked, Robotic Marketer will no longer be able to create drafts or send emails using the user’s Gmail account.
Compliance with Google Policies
Robotic Marketer’s use of Google user data complies with:

We only use Gmail-related data to provide or improve user-facing features of the application.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Gmail-related user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.
